TSSW Digital Engagement Manager

Full time, 35 hours per week, flexibly
Salary: £39,337 rising to £44,274 per annum The starting salary will be £39,337 with progress through the salary range linked to successful completion of probation period and our performance review process.
Base: At WCVA, we embrace hybrid and flexible working. With staff working flexibly all across Wales and you'll have the option to work remotely (including from home) or at our office hubs located in Aberystwyth and Cardiff, and across North Wales hiring small community spaces to bring staff together. Occasional attendance at our offices will be necessary for specific staff events and work engagements.
About the role
This is a key opportunity to shape the quality, accessibility, and visibility of TSSW’s digital platforms. You will drive the co-production of content strategy, editorial processes, user engagement, system improvements, and marketing activity-ensuring our platforms are impactful, inclusive, and user-focused: · Funding Wales - https://funding.cymru · Knowledge Hub - https://knowledgehub.cymru · Volunteering Wales - https://volunteering-wales.net · Infoengine - https://en.infoengine.cymru/ · TSSW site - https://thirdsectorsupport.wales
Working closely with partners and stakeholders, this role will ensure TSSW’s digital platforms are rich in content, relevant to users, and designed with accessibility at their core. The platforms will empower voluntary organisations, volunteers, and wider stakeholders to easily access the support, information, and opportunities they need to thrive.
You’ll champion user feedback and insight to inform continuous improvement—ensuring the platforms evolve in response to real needs and experiences.
Ultimately, this role is pivotal to increasing the reach and impact of TSSW’s digital platforms, strengthening the resilience of voluntary organisations across Wales.
This post will work on behalf of TSSW, but employed by WCVA, reporting through the appropriate TSSW governance channels.
The post-holder will also work closely with the relevant topic service leads: Volunteering Manager, Learning and Events Manager, Sustainable Resources Manager, Governance Manager and Safeguarding Manager.
