Full time, 35 hours per week, flexibly
Starting in September 2026.
£27,914 increasing to £29,043 per annum following successful completion of a probationary period.
WCVA provides a contribution of 9% of your annual salary to its approved pension scheme.
Base and flexibility: We embrace hybrid and flexible working. You'll have the option to work remotely (including from home) or at our office hubs located in Aberystwyth and Cardiff, and across North Wales where we hire small community spaces to bring staff together. There are no mandated office days beyond key meetings and specific team requirements.
About the role:
As a Support Officer, you will play a key part in supporting our digital tools and systems, ensuring users get the best from our platforms. You’ll work closely with colleagues and external partners, responding to queries, troubleshooting issues, and helping users navigate our funding management systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, is confident communicating technical information clearly, and is passionate about delivering high-quality customer care. You’ll need to be organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Experience working with digital tools is essential.
