Your role will be to work within the Community and Outreach Team to identify and address support needs of individual families who are escaping domestic abuse, with a specific emphasis on providing practical and emotional support.

Our service provides young people aged 16–18 with the chance to live in a home where they can learn essential life skills, build confidence, and receive emotional guidance as they move toward adulthood.

We’re excited to lead a pan-Wales Financial Health and Wellbeing Service funded through our Macmillan partnership to directly help people with a cancer diagnosis.

With your expert and specialist knowledge and experience in the Welfare Benefits advice area you’ll be able to apply this within the cancer community at a crucial time for these individuals to meet their needs.
