We are looking for someone with experience of working with young adults with SEN (special educational needs) to work within Cardiff on our SAFE in the city project.

Working as part of the Wales team, the postholder will lead communications and marketing activity for both funds, ensuring carers’ stories, programme impact and opportunities for support are effectively communicated across Wales.
