  • Remote (within Wales) | Part-time (4 days 28 hours/week)
  • £29,824 per annum (pro rata) – Full-time equivalent: approx. £37,280
  • Fixed-term contract (renewable subject to funding)

Are you passionate about Welsh heritage, skilled in administration, and ready to make a meaningful impact? Join Ymddiriedolaeth Addoldai Cymru, the Welsh Religious Buildings Trust, in our mission to protect and celebrate Wales’s historic nonconformist chapels.

We’re seeking a dedicated and organised Trust Manager to play a key role in the day-to-day running of the Trust, supporting our staff, volunteers, and Board of Trustees.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the Trust’s operations, supporting Trustees and colleagues across Wales.

This will include regular travel to our properties across Wales.

  • Coordinate board meetings, correspondence, and financial admin.
  • Oversee property maintenance and statutory compliance for our historic buildings.
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and the public.
  • Strengthen community ties through outreach, events, and social media.
  • Support fundraising and contribute to the growth of the Trust’s work.

What You’ll Bring

  • A commitment to Addoldai Cymru’s values and mission
  • Strong admin, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Confident in both Welsh and English
  • Solid IT skills and experience with records or databases
  • Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in heritage or charity sectors
  • An interest in historic buildings and Welsh religious history
  • Familiarity with GDPR, health & safety, and charity governance
  • Experience in using Xero or other accounting software
