We are looking for someone with proven experience in designing, coordinating and delivery high-quality training.
Essential:
Proven experience in delivering training or coaching in a professional environment.Experience in designing and facilitating training sessions (face-to-face and/or virtual).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support and motivate others.Organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training cycles.Must be advice trained (including but not limited to welfare benefits, debt, housing, and employment)
Desirable:
Experience of marketing training to a diverse range of external stakeholdersAbility to speak and deliver training in WelshRelevant training or coaching qualification (e.g. CIPD, PTTLS, Train the Trainer).
What you can expect
Responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering high-quality training to a diverse range of external stakeholders such as Welsh Government, local authorities, third-sector organisations and other partner organisations, as well as internally to CACV staff.
Your responsibilities
Training delivery and development
Design, develop and deliver engaging training sessions for external stakeholders and internal staff across a range of settings and formats, including face-to-face and onlineBuild effective and professional relationships with external stakeholders. You will help them identify training needs and develop training programmes that meet their specific requirementsDevelop and deliver internal training programmes, informed by the organisational training plan, to meet the specific needs of CACVDevelop high-quality materials, taking into account learning styles and accessibility needsAdapt training style, content and delivery to meet the needs of the different audiences and levels of knowledgeKeep up to date with relevant legislation, policy, guidance, best practice and sector developments to ensure the accuracy of training content
Monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement
Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training through feedback, assessments and other appropriate measures, using findings to continually improve training provisionMaintain accurate records of training, attendance, feedback and outcomesDevelop an annual programme of external training, informed by advice trends and an analysis of external training needs

Be proactive in your learning and identify your professional development needs
