Third Sector Development Officer - BME Skills Project
£25,322 - £26,822.00 (pro rata) 28 hours per week
Cardiff Third Sector Council was set up in 1997 to support and represent the third sector in Cardiff, helping to drive best practice and provide a voice for volunteering and this vital, vibrant and innovative sector.
We are looking to appoint a community focused, motivated and organised person to the TSDO BME Skills Project post. The role will focus on supporting BME community groups to recruit and induct trustees and volunteers from BME backgrounds - including students, graduates and professionals – to support BME third sector organisations to run on a sustainable basis.
The successful candidate will establish connections with BME groups and individuals and promote volunteering schemes to support the mutual aspirations of all who participate in the project.
