TVO is a multi-arts charity, using Applied Theatre methods to help individuals find their voice, playing a central role in the third sector in Wales, and contributing to the artistic vibrancy of Cardiff.  Key signature projects give us a unique identity, including international creative projects and our film work. We have a number of projects, one of which is working with homelessness and addictions entitled Behind the Label.

Theatre versus Oppression are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project management support to the Project Manager of our ‘Behind the Label project. The successful candidate will work alongside the Manager, handling all project administrative support, incorporating and overseeing project management systems. The Project Coordinator will enjoy working in a fast-paced innovative organization with key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

The right candidate will have previous experience within the Third Sector and in Applied Theatre. An ability to provide top of the line administrative support, and be knowledgeable in the various and complex aspects of these types of projects and working with vulnerable adults, and ensure that the final product remains true to the values and ethos of TVO.
