Programmes Manager

We are looking for an exceptional programme manager to join our team in Cardiff to manage the inception and delivery of a range of programmes and projects across Wales within time, cost, quality and scope. Being a confi dent and inspiring leader you will engage with our partners to seek opportunities to deliver positive outcomes for children in care.

Initially you will manage our established Confi dence in Care Programme which is an ambitious programme to transform outcomes for looked after children in Wales through the training of foster, kinship and residential carers using the Fostering Changes Programme.

Working with well respected charity partners, your programme and project management expertise will be matched by exceptional communications and engagement skills; a creative and dynamic approach; and a real passion for children and young people in care.
