Responsible to: Performance & Support Manager
Salary: WCVA Grade C: £27,668 rising to £29,323 following successful completion of a six month probationary period
Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays plus five discretionary days
Travel: Use of public transport is preferred; when this is not convenient staff may use their own vehicles or use the car rental system. Mileage rates are paid in accordance with recommended Inland Revenue rates.
Hours: 35 hours per week. A flexi time scheme is in operation and time off in lieu is permissible for any work required to be undertaken outside the normal hours.
Superannuation: The post will attract a maximum contribution of 9% of annual salary to an approved pension scheme.
Language skills: Welsh language skills would be an asset to the post but are not considered essential.
Aim of the Post
The position will work to pro-actively work as part of a team to undertake duties which contribute to the delivery of the performance and support function within the Active Inclusion Funds (AIF) to help ensure the delivery of agreed service performance levels and targets in accordance with the criteria agreed with Welsh European Funding Office and WCVA Board and Senior Management Team.
