We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-focused individual to join WCVA as our new Partnership Development Officer.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting opportunities for growth and helping organisations thrive. You may have experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, membership growth, account management, fundraising or business development and be looking for an opportunity to apply those skills in a purpose-driven organisation.
You’ll play a key role in the development and growth of Recruit3, Wales’ voluntary sector recruitment platform, while also helping to increase engagement with WCVA’s partner offer.

Full time: 35 hours per week, flexibly
Salary: WCVA Grade C £34,285 rising to £35,313 per annum following successful completion of a probationary period.
WCVA provides a contribution of 9% of your annual salary to its approved pension scheme.
Base: At WCVA, we embrace hybrid and flexible working. With staff working flexibly all across Wales, you’ll have the option to work remotely (including from home) or at our office hubs located in Aberystwyth and Cardiff, and across North Wales in small community spaces. Occasional attendance at our offices will be necessary for specific staff events and work engagements.
About the role
As our Partnership Development Officer, you'll:
Take day to day responsibility for the delivery and development of Recruit3, our recruitment platform for the voluntary sector in Wales, ensuring it remains relevant, accessible and valuable to voluntary organisations across Wales.Grow the use of Recruit3 by increasing the number of organisations advertising roles and helping to generate sustainable income.Coordinate activity to recruit, retain and engage WCVA partners, strengthening connections across the sector.Work with colleagues to raise the profile of Recruit3 and WCVA's partner offer.Use data, insight and feedback to monitor performance, identify opportunities and improve outcomes.Support the planning and delivery of partner forums, events and other engagement activities that strengthen the sector's shared voice.Help develop meaningful partnerships that create value for WCVA partners, businesses and the wider voluntary sector.
