The ‘Link Up’ Project
We are seeking to recruit development officers for our BIG Lottery funded regional 'Link Up' project which aims to develop the skills of 3rd Sector Board members by recruiting volunteers to act as mentors.
The staff will work as a regional team, but will be located in, and employed by, the CVCs across Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot and Swansea.
Staff will need an in depth understanding of 3rd Sector Governance needs and an ability to work with volunteers recruited from across both the private and public sectors. All posts are funded for 3 years.
