About us

Citizens Advice Cardiff & Vale is an independent charity and member of the Local Citizens Advice network. We help people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent, impartial and confidential advice on a range of issues. We are funded to provide services to people in the local area as well as across England and Wales.

Role overview

Working with fellow Team Leaders, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of our advice services to clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation's successful performance by leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team of Debt Caseworkers to deliver high-quality advice.
