Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading dementia charity. We provide information and support, improve care, fund research, and create lasting change for people affected by dementia.

About the role

To provide high level, administrative support to the Country Directors (Wales and Northern Ireland)/Head of Dementia Voice and their teams.

About you

You will be educated to A level standard or equivalent, have excellent word processing skills and proficiency in the use of the Microsoft office suite, and demonstrably strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The role will require the ability to work on your own initiative but to be able to work as a positive and engaged member of the wider team.  

The two Country Directors and the Head of Dementia Voice are new roles and are responsible for ensuring that the work of the Society is promoted, celebrated and delivered in a way that is appropriate for the devolved nations and underpinned by the voices of people living with and affected by dementia.

The Society has embarked on the delivery of an exciting five year strategy to reach more people affected by dementia and to change the landscape in which they live, and this role will contribute to that ambition.
