We have an exciting opportunity in the Blaenavon and the surrounding areas in a brand new project in conjunction with Torfaen County Borough Council.

We are looking for between 6 and 10 new members of staff.

Community Care Workers

£17,500 per annum | Up to 40 hours per week (various contracts available)

You will be working in the Bleanavon and surrounding areas with a team of Community Care Workers to provide a high quality, personalised and flexible service that promotes independence, choice and dignity and responds to what matters to the people we support.

You will be able to maximise an individual’s ability to achieve greater independence in their own homes or in the community by providing practical help, care and support.
