Carers HWB - Outreach Worker
Salary: £23,933 FTE per annum £19,146.40 (actual)
Hours: 28 hours a week
Travel 45p per mile
Annual leave: 26 days holiday (pro rata) plus customary bank holidays
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for this role. The outreach worker will be part of the Carers Hwb team and will work to engage with carers who are unable or don't want to access the city centre base.
