  • Summary

    CWA is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee, which delivers a wide portfolio of services addressing issues related to domestic and sexual violence and abuse.

    Job Role

    We are looking for a Women’s Services Manager - with the following skills – preferably honed within the private or commercial sector, to manage the services provided to adults:

    · Project Management

    · Service design and delivery

    · Performance and quality management

    · Ability to inspire teams to deliver excellence

    · Ability to adopt and adapt to the ethos and values of CWA

    · To understand gender based violence against women and girls.

    Additional Information

    Direct service delivery is not envisaged for this post (i.e. the candidate would not be expected to work directly with clients). Previous experience in this sector is not required, although the ability to be open minded and adapt to the ethos and values of CWA is vitally important. This position would suit someone who is perhaps currently thinking about moving to the voluntary sector. Male or female candidates are able to apply for this post.
