The project as a whole has 3 main strands

    Job Role

    Strand 1 – the development of tools and techniques to challenge gender based inequalities, especially pay inequalities, in organisations and to redress them with more equitable systems;

    Strand 3 – the development of interventions to empower and up-skill women in, or aiming towards, self employment and to encourage and enable them to aspire higher and command increased levels of remuneration.
