We are seeking to employ 3 experienced part time Tenancy Support Officers, who will understand and have the relevant experience of delivering generic services while working in partnership with other community agencies.
Stteps as an organisation provides face to face people services that enable young people and families to problem solve and maintain positive lifestyles. The fundamental aim is to prevent loss of tenancies or mortgages. Where this is not possible our support team will deliver resettlement services. In line with this support our team will support our service users with any issue which may impinge on our service user’s ability to maintain their accommodation
It is essential that you have demonstrable experience of delivering face to face support services. You will need to understand the support planning process and have experience of risk management. You will understand the responsibilities we have to our commissioners in the evaluation, monitoring and reporting of support delivery and will be able to reflect on best practice protocols when sharing relevant information with our commissioners and other partnering agencies.
