Dimensions is a leading support provider of specialist services for people with learning disabilities and people who experience autism. We are focused on person-centred approaches and this underpins all of the work we do. We are looking for an individual to join us as a temporary Service Manager, to cover a period of maternity leave.
Job Role
About the role
· You will be joining a small team of experienced managers
· You will be managing 3 teams providing support to people in the East of Cardiff
· You will focus your time on leading & monitoring high quality service delivery
Additional Information
The post is to cover a period of maternity leave, start date August or September for a minimum of 6 months. The hours are 37.5 a week, mostly Monday to Friday, with some occasional evenings or week-ends. You would be part of an on-call rota, for local services, for which there is an additional payment.
