  • Summary

    Gofal Care in the Home Programme in North Wales aims to support and enable people over 50 to reduce their levels of social isolation and loneliness and maintain their independence.

    Job Role

    The post holder will provide appropriate levels of support to older vulnerable people who have had their needs identified through an individual assessment and the preparation of a Personal Development Plan. As well as holding their own case load, the post holder will provide supervision of tasks and allocation of duties to trained volunteers.
