Responsibility for day to day management of our refuge services – including formal supervision of staff teams delivering supported housing and hostel accommodation. The post holder will be responsible for management of facilities, health and safety within refuge accommodation, staffing rotas and absence management. This post will involve out of hours working on a regular basis, including occasional weekends.
