    Are you a strategic thinker, ambitious, value driven and committed to improving the lives of people experiencing mental health problems?

    Can you contribute to a highly skilled governance team who, over the coming years will be overseeing the successful implementation of a significant growth strategy coupled with an internal improvement agenda which will put Gofal at the forefront of high quality mental health and wellbeing service delivery across Wales?

    We are currently recruiting people to join our Board of Trustees

    Job Role

    Recognised as a leading Welsh mental health and wellbeing charity we are looking to recruit people with:

    * senior strategic management and leadership experience

    * experience of working with complex outcome focused performance information

    * recent or current experience of governance with a larger or similar size organisation

    In order to ensure that the governance of Gofal is truly rooted in the work that we do, we are particularly interested in receiving applications from people who meet one or more of the requirements above and who have their own direct experience of mental health problems

    Additional Information

    Gofal is one of three Welsh mental health charities delivering Time to Change Wales, Wales’s first national mental health anti stigma and discrimination campaign.
