Summary
In support of our community driven strategy, you will develop and deliver an outreach advisory service for welfare rights and other entitlements to people with a cancer diagnosis and their families across your area.
Job Role
The ideal individual will have previous experience in Welfare Rights or equivalent; have practical experience of liaising and negotiating with the DWP/HMRC/Local Authorities to help resolve individual issues. It is also important that you will be keen to develop outreach services in west Wales, help promote the Cancer Support team and recruit volunteers to support the overall services with continuous updated knowledge & ability to reference Government legislation & Policy development.
