If you have good people skills, the ability to develop positive relationships with members of the public and partner agencies, and a genuine desire to help people then this position offers an excellent opportunity to make a difference. You will be responsible for setting up and providing day to day management of a new community support service which aims to assist older people to access local services and to live independently. For this role you will have excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills and experience of project development and staff/volunteer management. You will also have experience of working in the voluntary sector preferably in the health & social care field.

Location: Cardiff & Vale of Glamorgan, Salary: £18,000 p.a. 35 hrs per week

Location; Bridgend, Salary: £9,000 p.a. 17.5 hrs per week

Location: Merthyr, Salary: £9,000 p.a. 17.5 hrs per week
