    Crossroads Care Mid & West Wales is a leading award-winning provider of flexible quality respite services for carers, relieving the stresses of their caring role and providing health and social care to the adults, children and young people with care needs We work throughout the Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Powys local authority and health board areas, with offices in the three counties

    Job Role

    We are seeking caring individuals who are concerned with the services needed to support vulnerable individuals of all ages and their carers. You might be or have been a carer yourself

    As a Trustee you will bring your skills and experience to the governance of a dynamic and accomplished charity, well-known for its innovative services and the untiring commitment and professionalism of its care staff and management

    We would particularly welcome people who might bring experience or skills in the following areas:

    · Carer/Former Carer

    · Legal Practitioner

    · Medical Practitioner

    · Human Resources

    · Finance and Accounting

    · Business and Service Development

    · Public Relations and Communications

    · Health/Social Care
