    Swansea Council For Voluntary Service is seeking to appoint a full time Peer Mentoring Project Co-ordinator Mental Health

    Job Role

    To be responsible for: Setting up, developing and overseeing this Project, which exists to empower people, with mental health issues, to make positive and informed life choices, which support them to work towards their own recovery. The post holder will
    develop and maintain 16 – 24 mentoring relationships, which will support this new and innovative project for both new and existing beneficiaries living in Swansea.
